Hello my name is Rocio Guerrero and I am 28 years old. Being a caregiver is something very serious and important to me. It is not some side job or temporary thing for me. As such, I intend on giving the upmost care and attention to all children I have the opportunity to care for. I intend on pursuing this professionally and am trying to get all the experience I need and also obtain certifications that will get me there. I recently became First Aid and CPR certified. I also intend on taking Child Development classes in college as soon as I am able. Furthermore, I am a mother of two. Raising my own children has given me first hand experience and that special touch that all mother's have. I have also cared for children other than my own. From September 2013 to September 2014 I cared for a 5 Read more and 6 year old. I did school pick up, prepare and feed lunch, and helped with homework. From April 2015 to September 2015 I was a nanny to another 5 year old. This family needed care for a shorter period of time. I did school pick up, feed lunch, and homework help. During summer vacation we were active outdoors. We visited botanical gardens, museum, the beach, and parks. It was a great experience! Most recently I've worked with a family of 3 boys, two of them are twins. This position involves preparing the kids lunch meals for school, getting them up and ready for school, and serving them breakfast. Moreover, I am a responsible, trustworthy, easygoing, friendly individual! I love playing around, entertaining, and spending quality time with the children.
