Hi, I'm Laura I'm new to the Anaheim area and seeking my next nanny opportunity with a wonderful family. I'm a kind, compassionate, patient and caring person. As a mother of five children, caregiving was always a part of my day-to-day. So, naturally, I turned to childcare as a profession when my youngest daughter turned 5( she’s 23 now). and l've never looked back. My background caring for infants, toddlers, and youth started when I worked as a pre-school teacher at Loyola Marymount University Children’s Center for 13 years. After leaving the center in 2019, I started working with private families during the day and in the evenings. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am also RIE certified as well and a firm believer in treating even the youngest infant as a unique human being and not an object. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, walking by Read more the ocean and spending time with family.I'm looking forward to finding the next family that I'll be working with long-term, short-term or as needed. It's important that we both feel we're the right match for one another, so I appreciate you taking the time to read through my bio. I hope we can connect.
