Radhika is our weekly date night babysitter for our 7 month old daughter and we are very happy with the level and quality of care our daughter receives from Radhika. We do not have to worry about entrusting our child and home to Radhika. She always arrives early and is very professional, enthusiastic and caring. Radhika is very interactive and will play with our daughter on the floor, read to her, sing songs to her, and generally try to engage her. She is also very knowledgeable about newborns, infants and children of all ages because she has years of experience as a full time nanny and because she has two children of her own. I highly recommend her for any of your child care needs.

Radhika took care of our infant baby boy (4 weeks old) for a few nights. She was always on time, very proactive, energetic and caring. She always did more than what was asked of her, and was full of ideas and suggestions on things we can do better. She is also a fun person to be around, and I can see her being great with older kids as well. I would certainly work with Radhika again.

Radhika was very efficient, prompt, professional, and went above and beyond what was expected. She was flexible and had a great demeanor. Since she has two kids of her own, she didn't need a lot of direction at all. Reliable and easy to talk to. I totally recommend her.
