My name is Raissa and I've had experience caring for kids since I was a kid, if you can consider high school as still being a kid. In high school I volunteered as an overnight summer camp counselor, where I led arts and crafts, and cooking/baking. The summer before quarantine I taught coding and robotics at a summer camp to classes of about 15-20 kids. Most recently, while I was in Texas this past semester, I worked part time as the kids club attendee at my gym. Since I've worked with kids for so long I think I'd say I enjoy it, kids can be pretty great and kinda funny. I've also worked as a lifeguard for EBRPD (east bay regional parks district) and taught swim lessons for my club swim team. So, although my certifications have since expired, I was, at one point, certified in CPR and First Aid.
