I work with parents so that the new baby is well cared for, happy, well-fed, and soothed, in order to maximize the parents sleep-time. I tend to the needs of the baby in a quiet place, either bottle-feeding formula or your breast milk, or bringing the baby to you to nurse as appropriate. I ease, lull, hum, rock, or walk babies back to sleep, so you are not stressed by their frequent nightly requirements. Supporting parents and guiding the baby toward a pleasing sleeping pattern is what is strives for. CPR certificate. References. College RN degree, and a few years of experiences as a PEDIATRIC NURSE.
