I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shan! She has been an exceptional sitter for both my kids and baby, and I am beyond grateful for her care and reliability. Shan has consistently shown herself to be not only incredibly professional but also warm and nurturing which makes her a perfect fit for families looking for someone who truly cares about their children. From the moment we met Shan we were immediately impressed by her punctuality and organization. She has never been late and always arrives prepared and ready to engage with the kids. She takes time to understand the individual needs of my children and adapts to their routines effortlessly which I truly appreciate. One of Shan’s greatest strengths is her ability to create a calm, safe and fun environment for the kids. My baby absolutely adores her and it’s clear she has an intuitive way of connecting with children of all ages. Whether it’s playtime, feeding or bedtime routines, Shan handles everything with ease and patience. Her communication skills are excellent she always keeps me informed about how the day went and any little things I might need to know. I feel incredibly comfortable leaving my children in her care, knowing they are not just being watched, but genuinely cared for. Overall, I highly recommend Shan to anyone in need of a reliable, punctual and kind sitter. She is truly one of a kind and I feel incredibly lucky to have found her!

I highly recommend her as a babysitter! She has taken such loving and attentive care of my child, and I always feel completely at peace when my child is with her. Shan was our son’s babysitter/nanny for a couple of years (2017-2019) between ages 1-3. She took very good care of our son - she cooked snacks for him, took him on walks to the park, did some light household chores and also cooked for us sometimes. Her communication is really good (she speaks good English) and she also has a car, convenient when she has to take our son to the library. Overall we really liked her work, and more importantly our son really loved her. I’d definitely recommend Shan!

Shan is a wonderful! She built a great relationship with our toddler and helped out so much especially when we were busy with work or needed to go out. She's very thoughtful and gentle, and took great care of our toddler whenever he was sick. She has a lot of experience so as first time parents we were able to learn a lot from her as well. She also helped significantly with our toddler's communication skills and motor skills by talking / playing with him and taking him to the park regularly. She's very accommodating and can help when you need last minute help as well!

Shan knows how to listen and flexible enough to modify her ways to accomodate your kids needs.

Shan has been taking care of my children for the past few years and during this time, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional responsibility, care, and dedication. Shan has a natural talent for engaging with children, making them feel comfortable and secure. Shan also has basic Red Cross certifications for things like CPR and the Heimlich maneuver. We truly feel safe with her watching our children. She is always punctual, reliable, and attentive to my kids' needs. Her ability to balance fun activities with a nurturing environment has been impressive and greatly appreciated. Shan's communication skills with both our children and us are excellent. She speaks Urdu, Hindi, and English fluently and keeps us informed about the day’s activities and any concerns that may arise. Shan is a trustworthy, caring, and dependable babysitter. Due to her exceptional care abilities her bounding with child was above expectations. Due to busy working schedules I had not to worry about anything. Care of Child was taken in thorough professional manner.

Ms. Shan babysat for my two grandchildren a couple of years ago. She left because she had to go to Pakistan for some family affairs. I would not have let her leave because she was excellent by all mean. She took care of the children, prepared their meals, tidied them, put them to sleep, loved them, and treated them with emotions. Shaan was amazing to help me with my kids when i was working long hours. My kids seemed to be very happy when i retuned home after a long days at work. Shan is a great babysitter. She used to take care of our two kids. She was on time, very dependable and hardworking babysitter. She always showed compassion and kindness towards our kids.

Last year we suddenly needed a nanny on short notice and Shan was available right away. Shan has over 15 years of experience with children of all ages, including newborns and toddlers. Because my son is my firstborn and I don't have much experience, she helped me and taught me many things about my toddler. She was very wonderful with my son and took great care of him. She looked after him while my husband and I had work, played with him, took him outside to play, and made him have so much fun. Shan is a great nanny to have worked with and our son loves her as she created such a wonderful, loving bond with him. Our son is now starting daycare but we will still be calling on Shan whenever we need her help! Highly recommend Shan.

Shan is helping to take care of my 10 month old son. We were lucky to find her when my sons nanny had to leave suddenly. She’s very punctual, loving and caring towards my son. She does his meal prep and also light chores around the house.

Shan was really great! She was the first sitter my daughter has ever had, and my daughter warmed to her very quickly, which is not usual for her. She took great care of my daughter, and my daughter really enjoyed spending time with her.

Shan is a lifesaver! She was able to come last min and take care of our sick daughter 2 yr old. As parents we were very burned out from taking care of her for 3 days and working at the same time. This was a much needed break for us. This was my daughter’s first time with a sitter, and I was really impressed by Shan’s ability to make my daughter feel comfortable. They seemed to have a great time together reading lots of books.

We called Shan when we had to keep our two year old at home because he was under the weather. Shan was very flexible with her schedule and very calmly/patiently played with our son. She also prepared light lunch for him. He was in great hands under Shan's care and we would not hesitate to call Shan again in future if needed.

Shan is a wonderful caregiver. She was gentle and loving with my baby and followed all my instructions. She also gave helpful advice on things like starting solids and also taught me some techniques to help baby sleep independently in their crib. I would recommend her.

We called Shan when our babysitter cancelled for the evening. She was able to confirm for that evening and arrived exactly on time. She inquired as to what types of things our son enjoyed in order to make him more comfortable and took good care of him and put him to bed. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Shan again.

We hired Shan for a couple days and found her to be exceedingly punctual, reliable and polite. She was also caring towards our daughter. She has a relaxed, genuine, and gentle demeanor, which really appealed to us and our daughter loved that. Our daughter enjoyed her company, and took to her very quickly.

My wife and me were looking for a babysitter on short notice. My daughter fell ill while in day care and both of us had to work. I reached out to Shan after seeing that she had passed her full background check and had CPR experience. Shan replied back immediately and was at our place in 30 minutes. She was great with our daughter the whole time. She bathed her, played with her, read stories and fed lunch & snacks. Both my wife and me where able to work worry free knowing Shan was taking care of our daughter. In the evening Shan took our daughter for a stroll without our daughter making any fuss. Highly recommend Shan for her gentle but effective approach to toddlers. She was great and we would definitely hire her again. -YM
