Hi there, my name is Caela Steele and I love childcare. I have been involved in working with children since I was 15 years old, my first job being at Raleigh's Three Bears Acres, a place for kiddos to run, play, and get out their energy. I then moved onto working at the Finley YMCA as a swim instructor for preschoolers and parent-child classes and a childcare counselor. It was through this job, that I learned more about the importance of patience within working with children and the joy and privilege of being a person of influence in their lives. I have also enjoyed babysitting over the years, and consistently served two families as a nanny in 2018. Besides my work with children in Raleigh through the years, my passions for working with and nurturing children has crossed country borders.
