Back in 2009 I moved to Fortuna, being a mother with young children, I decided to work with little one´s at home, I became a Humboldt Family Child Care Provider, from that moment on I set a goal to educate in the field of Early Childhood Education. Early on I became The president of The Hispanic Humboldt Family Child Care and simuntaneosly I was selected of PBS channel ¨the provider of the week ¨which was aired on TV. Two years ago I did vounteer work as a speaker in ECE Conferences, I was part of the Local Child Care Planning and Council in Humboldt I did everthing in my power to became ONE of the programs with cuality education and care. ECE classes were no easy especiallly when is thought in a different language but I overcome it. I completed over 60 units. I couldnot done it with out mentors, Read more teachers and colleges who support my goals my teaching currículum is enriched by all the learning moments at collegue of The Redwoods, workshops, conferences. I am now mastering Montessori in Spanish.
