I am currently a third year student at Purdue University and am home for the summer! I am currently taking online summer classes, but have lots of time to hold and tend for certain responsibilities. My major is in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, and my minor is in Human Development Family Sciences. Growing up, I have always loved helping younger kids and had aspirations to become a teacher. Since I was in 7th grade, I TA'd for my favorite teachers in helping the younger students. And throughout high school, I volunteered to be an after-school daycare tutor and helped TA for other academic institute teachers. My personality is very bubbly and outgoing, so I tend to get along with children very easily. I also have grown up helping take care of my younger brother at many times, so I have the experience and knowledge with getting a child to Read more do certain tasks or making sure they eat, etc... Lastly, if pets are involved with any care taking tasks, I have two dogs of mine and had a kitten last summer, so I will gladly help out with that area as well~
