So I have debated for a few months about writing this review and have now had a fantastic nanny (whom we found here on Sittercity) so I am canceling our subscription to this site and feel inclined to let other parents know what to expect if Saba is whom they hire.... We had Saba work with us for 4 months so we got a clear view of whom she was and most of the time she was good with our son who was almost 2 at the time she started. She was caring with our son so that was not an issue but she was very uncomfortable when needing to discipline or teach what not to do and introduce something else that should be done instead. Since I was home a most of the time this was an ok thing to deal with, time consuming and frustrating but not a deal breaker . The most unusual behavior came about 2 weeks before we stopped using Saba when she asked for more hours (we granted this) then said she now wanted less hours and then was texting me that she was sick and would like time off. It became painful and felt more like I needed to meet her needs that her meet ours. When we decided to part ways with her I told her in front of my son (expecting a mature and professional response) she became harsh and somewhat combative with me to the point that it made my son uncomfortable and I had to tell her she was being insulting. Needless to say we haven't used her since...
