Hi my name is Larissa and I double majored in Liberal Studies (Education) and Human Development with a minor in sociology. I have worked in recreation for a city for the past ten years working with children. I have worked with children with disabilities and plan on going back to school to get my masters in Special Education. I baby sat when I was younger while parents were gone. I also was put in charge of a Parks Program and executed in activities like playing sports, doing arts and crafts, and other activities that would be done at a day camp. If a child was sitting alone at lunch or during any activity, I was the staff that felt the need to sit next to the child. It was nice because it resulted in other kids wanting to come over because a counselor was there. I have taken a babysitting Read more course and am CPR/First Aid Certified. I became a caregiver because I love working with kids. I have fun doing my job which results in happiness. I have wanted to work with kids ever since I was younger so having a closer connection to a smaller group of children is wonderful because I get to know the child better. As far as transportation goes, I am in a serious relationship with my boyfriend Sean who also has baby sat who drives a 2014 Toyota Camry. He would focus on driving while I kept your child(ren) entertained. We are 100% professional and would focus on what needs to be done instead of talking to each other. Your child(ren) come first and so does their safety. We take the flat rate for one person versus two to ensure your child(ren) start the day off right. I would be the main care taker, but we are also a team. Sean's photo is also included in the photos with our dog Perry.
