Analaura is an amazing nanny! She was incredible with our 1 year old twin boys. So responsible, accommodating and flexible. She took such great care and focused on their day-to-day development, reading, singing, proactively incorporating their occupational and physical therapy exercises into daily play. She kept them on a regular feeding schedule, would introduce foods we discussed and vary their activities so they did not get bored. She anticipates needs and has a true passion for child development and caring. She always helped prep us at the end of the week for the weekend when she was off. We are sad she is moving and look forward to staying in touch. Any family would be so fortunate to have her caring for their children.
