Hello! my name is Paloma. I am a Certified Registered Behavioral Technician and work providing ABA services to people on the Autism spectrum. I have over 9 years of experience working with kids and teens on the spectrum. I have worked with high functioning, moderate and severe people on the spectrum, verbal and non verbal, and kids and teens that get physically aggressive when they experience intense emotions. In addition to my RBT certification, I am CPR and first aid certified, my lifeguard certification is still current and I am also Crisis prevention intervention certified. The Crisis prevention certification is a training program the company I work for provides to behavioral interventionist who have clients who tend to respond in a physically aggressive manner when experiencing high emotions.
