She has been with me for a over a year. Always on time, and very patient to the kids. She can take my two kids out whole day on weekends for classes, lunch, and playgrounds. They love to be with her. Hope we can still take her if we were not moving.

We paid $60 for a background check and took the time to speak with her references. We hired her and expected her to start tomorrow, accepting all of her requests (including her request for $22/hour pay and gas money). She just messaged me today to let me know that she accepted an offer with another family. Wish she had told us she was still interviewing. I responded via text asking for an explanation as to what happened and she never responded. Frustrated that this happened but also glad we seem to have dodged a bullet as she is obviously unreliable.
