Hello, My name is Jordan King and am a classically trained actress and relocated to Los Angeles in 2016 to pursue the arts. Since moving to LA, my work history outside of drama is primarily in child care. I earned my degree from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art graduating in 2012. My first position as nanny was to a family in Silverlake for a year. Upon commencing my employment they had twin boys who were six months and a three year old daughter. The boys were born premature and so required special care and I was able to assist their nurse with development work. I was also peripherally responsible for their daughter. I remained for a year and unfortunately had to leave due to their budgeting concerns. My most recent childcare job was for a family in Venice who’s two boys were aged seven and ten. I Read more was responsible for school pickup, taking them to activities, preparing dinner and then helping them with homework. If they were going on a trip, I would get them packed. I would also assist with light housework—laundry, dishes, etc. Both families have kindly provided recommendations. I am clean, organized, pay great attention to detail, a diligent communicator and very much enjoy playing and spending time with children. As mentioned, I spent four years in the United Kingdom, therefore some of my work history/references are cited as such. I am a committed worker, personable individual who would take excellent care of your child and would strive to match the tenor of your household. My rate for one child is $25-30$/hr. I currently live in Echo Park and am CPR certified. I would be happy to be tested for Covid-19 and adhere to pre quarantining measures. Thank you for reading Best, Jordan King
