Hello! My name is Ashura (“ash-rah”). I graduated from a small, liberal arts university on the East Coast (I am originally from there) called John Carroll University with a degree in Exercise Science in May of 2019. I am currently attending the University of Southern California and working towards my doctorate of physical therapy. During my time at John Carroll, I was a member of the track and field team, a mentor, and a part of the Scholars service program as well. When it comes to my childcare experience, I have been caring for children for what seems like an eternity. I am the oldest of 3 girls, so I have helped care for my sisters since birth. I’ve babysat for numerous families while I lived in Ohio. I’ve also done lots of work with children from volunteering, to tutoring, to working at a day camp. I have my basic Read more life support certification, so I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and a clean driving record should I need to transport your child(ren).
