Hey There! I am a San Diego native currently living in Los Angeles. I have a masters degree in Dance/movement Therapy (MS) from Pratt Institute and went to undergrad at the University of the Arts where I received a BFA in dance and photography. I've spent a lot of time working with children and adolescents in various settings. I currently work with adolescents (12-17) leading dance therapy and therapy skills groups with a company called Charlie Health. I have previous experience working in an outpatient clinic at Jacobi Medical Center where I worked with children (5-9) and adolescents (14-17) as well as a junior high school in Brooklyn where I led dance therapy sessions for children ages 10 - 13yo individually and in groups. I've also worked with an indigenous population of school children (3-17) in the Cordillera Administrative region of the Philippines and with adolescent refugees (6-8th grade) with Read more the International Rescue Committee. I have experience teaching dance to kids ages 6-14 years old and nannying for a 7yo & 9 yo. Working with children is an honest joy for me and I always aim to create a safe space while incorporating lots of dancing, outdoor activities, crafts, fun, and games! Love to surf, hike, hang at the park/beach, natural dye, film photography, and various other crafty things - would be more than happy to facilitate these activities :) **AVAILABILITY** Week day mornings - afternoon Friday - Sunday
