I have always loved kids, even when I was a kid myself! So naturally my first ever job was a babysitting gig for two amazing kiddos that I got to watch every week for three years. It was amazing to watch them grow up right before my eyes and I was so lucky to be a part of their lives and have the ability to form such unique and lasting bonds with them. I went off to college to study Psychology because of how interested I was in development and emotional behavior. While in college I needed a way to make money and all I wanted to do was continue working with kids. So I got a summer job as a Teacher Assistant at a daycare/preschool in my hometown (Bright Horizons) and a substitute position at a preschool here in Vermont for when I was at school (GB YMCA). That Read more substitute position eventually turned into an internship and has now turned into a full time Head Teacher position for a classroom of two and three-year-olds!! It is my passion to work with kids and I am so fortunate that I have had all these opportunities to help kids grow and develop and find their individuality. I am confident in my ability to form lasting relationships and bonds with both the kids and parents I work with and my ability to impact each of their lives. I love what I do and I simply want to keep doing it.
