I became a caregiver because i have seen so much maltreatment of children and it breaks my heart. i love children. That is why i decided to become a caregiver. To love, nourish, and care for them in every aspect of child rearing. Two of my sisters are also nannies and encouraged me to explore this field of work. I worked with two families in the past, both from infant stages to ages four and five. i helped their parents with all aspects of child rearing. I am a self starter and usually went above and beyond what was asked of me. Always putting the child first and assisting the parents with anything else i could. I believe children can sense when a caregiver is sincere with them. A special bond is formed. The parents see it as well. That has been my experience in the past , which is Read more why i believe i make a great caregiver.
