I am an artist who exhibits internationally, working in the disciplines of painting, sculpture and performance. I have worked in the art world but also done caregiving throughout the years. My work and interests are based in discovering the ways that art can heal the collective unconscious, and be a method for personal empowerment. I am devoted to pursuing my interests by actively attending events and lectures for topics that I am interested in, mainly in the arts but also in philosophical and spiritual contexts of discourse. I derive a lot of joy by being engaged intellectually and artistically and it’s also important to me to guide others how to access that sense of joy through creation. Working with children has provided an outlet for me to share my reverence for the self expression, and it is truly gratifying to watch children gain confidence in sharing their personal voice. I Read more believe it is important for children to have role models that teach them how to express themselves, and confidence in self expression can help children become more adept at learning in the classroom, socializing, and trusting their inner calling. When I am not at work I am painting in my studio, making ceramics, attending art openings with friends, doing kundalini yoga, or listening to music at a concert.
