Hi! My name is Lili and I am an experienced nanny and instructional aide. Throughout high school I babysat, and looked after my cousin (who was an infant at the time) which piqued my interest in both child care and early childhood development. After graduation I began working at a local elementary school as an instructional aide for small groups. My responsibilities included working on on one with students, helping to plan and lead lessons, and supervising lunch/playtimes. I developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and was an active member of the school community. This lead me to start nannying as well, and I took care of two boys (5 and 2) while also balancing my job in the classroom. I love working with children, and consider myself to be a very capable caretaker. I am comfortable supervising playtime, outside activities, providing academic support, and preparing snacks/meals.
