My resumé is not able to reflect my overwhelming love for children. I started babysitting at age ten (10). At age 15, I was hired as a teacher's assistant by a local preschool. I paid for four years of college as a live-in Nanny for four boys ages four mos, 3yrs, 4yrs, and 6yrs. I was a stay-at-home mom of three children (currently, 30, 27 & 23) until my youngest started second grade. When I interviewed for Pressman Academy, I was excited to accept the Director of Admissions because I knew children and their families would surround me. I would work with the children and be essential to their growth and development. I remained employed for 15 1/2 years and welcomed the stability and ability to grow with long-term employment. I can multitask, think on my feet, and consider the future while working in the present. During my years as Read more the Director of Admissions, I had the opportunity to teach the Pre-K class and substitute in the Early Childhood Center. My proven strengths are being a forward thinker, working at the executive board level, and building rapport, trust, and collaboration across all levels. I am detail-oriented to ensure a smooth schedule but fearless of last-minute unforeseen changes.
