Hi there! My name is Celeste and I recently moved to LA from Portland, Oregon. I have babysat all throughout high school and college. I love working with kids, and have worked as a camp counselor and assistant teacher at an elementary school program. I worked at a backpacking camp for kids where I lead a group of kids on three-day overnight camping trips in the Sierra Nevada mountains. I was on 7 different trips throughout the summer, as well as taking care of the kids while at the base camp. This experience taught me a lot about how to be a successful caregiver, especially in uncontrolled environments like the outdoors. There were many challenges that arose while on the trail, which helped me to learn how to remain calm and problem solve without letting the stress get the best of me.
