I was just 10 years old when I got my first babysitting job. I went on to run a preschool aged day care program at my community club house for the next 4 summers. I then began regularly caring for my 3 younger brothers from infancy to 7 years old. My stepmom credits me with potty training the oldest! During that same time, I taught gymnastics to elementary aged children. I have cared for a special needs boy for the past 5 years and for his baby brother as well for the past year. I have raised 3 daughters who are all happy, healthy young women in their 20s. My nurturing instinct has been strong my entire life. I tutored all 3 of my daughters in everything from English and Spanish to Math and Science. I speak enough Spanish to get by, but have a goal of becoming fluent again Read more by the end of the year. I am CPR and First Aid certified and also just completed nutrition school last November. I adore children of all ages and sincerely look forward to connecting with the right family.
