Hello My name is Kathryn K. I have been taking care of children of all ages in many different settings. First off , I have three grown children and one granddaughter. So you can guess I'm not a young person.. I like to bring that up right off as I know some families prefer a younger age . However , I'm pretty healthy and active and have yet to find a toddler that can outrun me . I took care of fragile needs infants for ten years while living in San Diego . After moving to Riverside County I started volunteering at my children's school . I went back to school and got a few units in ECD . Or Early Childhood Studies at RCC and Mt San Jacinto College . In between I worked at a private preschool in Temecula . Then I started working for MVUSD. I worked Read more in many classes with different needs as a teachers aid. I gained valuable experience as I had a few fantastic teachers take me under their wing and taught me the right ways of doing things . Now I'm retired from the school district and have been working for families at their homes as a nanny or child care provider. I've been with one family now for over five years . But their two went and grew up on me and are both in school. I live to far to do before and after school care for them but still work a day here and there for them . But I am looking for a family that lives closer and needs a nanny to be part of their lives in helping with their children .
