I graduated from Southern Methodist University in May (2022) with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and English. I was a Division 1 student athlete on the SMU Rowing team. I am reliable and extremely energetic and agreeable. I find tremendous pleasure in taking care of others. I will begin graduate school for Speech-Language Pathology at San Jose State University this August. I have extensive experience with special needs children. My 18 year old sister had epilepsy and severe disabilities. I have been feeding, dressing, showering, and entertaining my sister for as long as I can remember. In addition to my familial experience, I spent the previous school year teaching 2nd grade at Solar Preparatory School for Boys. I am comfortable installing car seats in my car! While I taught 2nd grade I was also a part-time nanny for a 7-month-old, 2-year-old, and 3-year-old. We went on many fun outings together!
