Su was all what a nanny can offer, primarily reliability. She is very responsible in her communication, and that reflects in the way she takes care of the baby too. She genuinely cares about the baby, and we can make out from small gestures - how she distracts and coax baby to finish the last spoons while feeding , - instead of putting the diaper on directly on the damp wet bum post wiping, tries to give a minute, dry up and then put the diaper on. We could leave our baby in her care with the peace of mind that she will be safe and taken good care of. She engages the baby, plays with her, keeps her clean. Even took an extra step to do some additional chores which we did not even ask her to. I had blocked her based on her limited few days availability for our just 9month turned baby, Su would be the nanny I will reach out to anytime we need support with infant care. She is not the person who commits and cancels out last minute where you scramble for child support.
