Natalie was our nanny for 3 years (kids are 4 and 2). She exceeded every expectation and is the best childcare provider we have had. We trust her completely: she had our kids' safety top of mind, drove with them daily and was always careful. Natalie is kind, empathetic and endlessly patient. She understands how kids' brains work, has compassion for them and never loses her cool. Natalie was fully engaged with and attentive to our kids at all times. She keyed in on their interests quickly and structured their days around them. She is excellent at planning activities - she asked the kids what they wanted to do and went out of her way to make it happen. Natalie is incredibly reliable, punctual and flexible. She communicates clearly and transparently, kept consistent routines for the kids, figured out meals when nothing was in the fridge, helped with work beyond her responsibilities and left everything tidy. She has a ton of common sense and excellent judgment. She gets things done efficiently and makes it look easy. Our kids lit up when she arrived each day and they miss her dearly. Any family would be lucky to have her!
