I am 35 years old and have 20 plus years experience caring for children. I started babysitting when I was 12 and have been caring for other peoples children since. I have gained much experience over the last 20 years and with this experience I have developed great patience and understanding of children. I believe that communication is key for a healthy relationship between parent and nanny. I will follow your parenting lead as I believe parents know what's best for their children. I enjoy reading, sitting on the floor to play and taking the children for walks and to the park , and I think its best to limit screen time to a minimum.
