My name is Alyssa, my pronouns are she/her, and I'm a fully vaccinated/boosted childcare professional with 10+ years of experience between Los Angeles and New York, focused on restorative conflict resolution, finding the fun in a learning environment, and effective, respectful communication with parents and children alike. I've cared for between one and three children (infant to school age) at any given time, with varying gender identities and expressions, and have maintained lasting professional and personal connections with families as a result of building relationships on a foundation of open communication with honest, constructive feedback.
