I have taught preschool for over 16 years and love children. I have been a nanny since 2012. I am currently looking for a part time/full time nanny position and as needed care or backup care. I have my degree in early childhood education. I am infant, child, adult CPR and AED First Aid certified.I love to do art and crafts, sing, read, cook and play games with children. I enjoy outdoor time as well.I am very hands on and engaging. As a mom myself to 4 boys ages 29-18 I know how importance of good quality and loving childcare is. I always make sure to have some kind of craft or activity planned to keep the kids active throughout the day. I have made slime(Glue, water, and borax) for them along with many play dough activities. I try to make each activity educational as well by having early school age children spell things out with whatever material we are using for the activity planned. I have over 14 years of experience with childcare "under my belt". I was a volunteer in our church nursery for about 10 years and through our ministry found families to babysit for. Through all these years I have looked after children of all ages from 5 weeks old to about 12 years old. In addition to sitting for members of our church, I have also babysat for two of my doctors and a few police officers who are close family friends. I have had experience with autistic children, children with ADD/ADHD, and children with ODD.
