Hello My name is Micco Smith Kanze, I have worked as both a nanny and a preschool teacher with over 10 years experience in early childhood development and child led play based learning. In the past as a nanny I have cared for multiple children at a time sometimes in similar age/stages, or siblings with a larger age gap. I prefer to spend as much time outside as possible weather permitting. My extensive experience as lead teacher in a classroom of 50 children aged 14 months to 5 years of age, prepared me for being very attentive and patient care giver, and able to give tons of individual attention for each child in my care and engage them in age/stage appropriate activities.
