I have always loved supporting and encouraging children in their curiosity and exploration through arts and crafts & science projects. I have been teaching children under the age of 5 for the past 12 years. I have my training through Montessori and have mostly taught at Montessori schools. I believe in a lot of the Montessori method, but also love play-based philosophy. My greatest joy comes from helping children feel independent, and teaching them how to communicate their feelings and navigate themselves through the world around them. I believe that every child/human being has a unique artistic outlet. I try to expose children to as many as I can. Some of my favorites that I have done throughout the years are different kinds of dance, singing, theater/puppet shows, arts and crafts & storytelling.
