Hi my name is Jane Fletcher. I am a native Oceansider. I grew up north of the 5 near St. Marys Catholic School. I am a mature 18 year old female with excellent communication skills. This is very effective when working together as I want to be sure your children have the best care I can provide. I love being a nanny because I enjoy curious and active little children. I also appreciate their confidence and ability to express themselves. Though I am also sensitive to the children that are more hesitant to join a group. I was that type of child. Therefore, I want to help children that struggle with expresssing themselves as I believe these children grow up self-assured and self-confident. I also love to nuture curious minds.
