Staying interactive, to help kids feel comfortable while having fun. I grew up with very active parents and that lifestyle has stuck with me into my adulthood. I love doing arts and crafts, making up fun silly games to play, baking cookies to decorate, and legitimately making learning fun in all sorts of exciting ways. I do understand the importance of a timely nap, and set schedules kids are on. I am almost finished with online and in person school to become a special education teacher. I have worked in special education classrooms as a paraprofessional for about 3 years now. Know basic sign language, comfortable with non-verbal children. Willing to work with family’s with kids of all abilities and ages. (Infants as well) Reliable safe vehicle. Love pets, I have 2 dogs of my own. I grew up in an in-home daycare, so caring for little ones has always come naturally to me. Four years ago I took a job in a daycare that sparked that same joy and passion for childcare that I experienced in my mom's daycare. In my spare time, I love to spend time outdoors.
