Hello my name is Nancy Neilan. My passion has always been nurturing and working with young children. My love for children started at a young age of 14, when I had the opportunity to babysit for family and friends. I studied Early Childhood Education at Ventura College in 1980s and went on to teach Pre-School at Ventura Montessori for 10 years and Great Pacific Iron Works 10 years. I've also worked as a House Manager and Nanny for multiple families. I'm born and raised in Ventura and reside in Silver Strand Beach with my family, where I enjoy beach walks, bike rides, sunsets, hiking and bbq's with family & friends. I'm a nature lover at heart and believe young children learn a lot in the outdoors, they can develop a sense of self, independence, confidence, creativity, decision making, problem solving and most of all Motor skills.
