Hi! I have 8 years of experience working for the Palos Verde Peninsula, unified school district and their before and after school childcare program, their summer school childcare program, as well as their summer camp childcare program. In these programs, I was tasked with a 1 to 15 ratio. And have experience working with infants through preschool all the way up to you know 14 and 15-year-olds. I think I’m actually great with the middle schooled age kids because I like to think of myself as cool and current and hip, with what’s going on in their world, but at the same time I feel like that age group is able to have fun with me but also I’m able to command their respect and get them to do their homework and remind them about what’s right and wrong. I definitely would say that age group is my sweet spot. Read more Sort of like when you are kidding you feel like you’re too old for a babysitter but really you’re 13 and you know you need one. I feel like I’m great with that. I also love newborns and infants I feel I have a ton of patience for them. Ironically, and I’ve been told I’m really great at being able to get the babies to fall asleep. I have a bachelors degree in advertising & public relations, so I’m educated, after college, I still worked in childcare and they eventually made the leap to corporate retail where I worked for a variety of companies working in data analytics, and then Covid happened, and I kind of had to regroup and so I begin babysitting again, and I also got my real estate license. I love animals. I love art projects, and I like to think of myself as having a ton of energy, but also able to maintain my composure and be calm when there are times of high stress. You
