I have been working as a full time nanny for over 7 years and in the child care industry for over 10. I recently moved from Colorado to California and left my wonderful family there. I spent two years with their children, a girl and two boys ages 9, 6 and 3 at my start date. Previous to that I worked in California for three years for a family with three boys ages 1, 5 and 7 at start date and before that a family with twin toddler girls (age 2) and an infant son. I have cared for infants, toddlers, pre-school aged children, and elementary aged children. I was also employed at an NAEYC accredited child care facility at Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, Hawaii for two years while my husband was stationed there. While there I completed a variety of training modules including, health, safety, cognitive development, Read more nutrition, gross motor skill development, fine motor skill development and more. I have spent my entire adult life caring for children and it is truly my passion. I love watching children grow and develop and learn new things.

Simone was very professional and trustworthy. We were in a pinch and needed a babysitter at the last minute, and she was able to help us out. She was on time, courteous, and most importantly very experienced. She has been in child care for many years and wasn't phased by our energetic 18 month old. She kept me informed while I was away so I felt even more secure having her care for a child. We will definitely hire her again.

We hired Simonne while we were on vacation. I have to say this was my first time to use a babysitter found by using a website and I was very apprehensive. We had Simonne babysit our 2 kids, 5 and 7 and it went GREAT. She spent time playing with them before bedtime and reading to them. She was able to put them to bed successfully and it was really a blessing to us to have her help while on our vacation. We are hoping we will get to use her again when we visit the Santa Barbara area. I would recommend her to my friends also vacationing there.
