Meet Sasha

  • Comfortable with pets

I started babysitting when I was first entering high school for two different local families (one with a two girls aged 6 and 8, the other with a 2 y/o girl and a baby boy). I stayed with both until I graduated in 2015. During college I would babysit on and off for my professors with children aging from infancy through early preteens. After graduating college with a theater and design degree, I worked in restaurants and retail stores, but have always missed taking care of kids. - - As the youngest of three being raised between two single parents, I know how important it is to have good, reliable support in caring for your children. My sitters and siblings played a huge role in helping my parents raise me, and I wouldn't be the strong, confident individual I am today without them. - - My parents raised us to Read more value art, creativity, and nature, always supplying us with books, crafts, and hikes over video games and TV (although, I'll never say no to a good movie). I love games of any sort, and have an endless capacity for imagination, whether that means creating a fantasy world for me and the kids to adventure into all day or just sitting down to tea with whichever imaginary friends remembered to RSVP this week. - - On top of all of this I am a skilled cook, a great story teller, a safe driver and have excellent writing and STEM skills for days when the homework gets hard. I also have extensive personal assistant experience as well and am happy to support parents if they ever need a little help with scheduling, organizing or pretty much anything at all! - - Eventually, I hope to have my own family, as well as a successful career in the arts. For the time being, though, I am happy to offer that love and care to other families.
