I started babysitting since I was 15 years old for families I knew. For the past seven years, I have been volunteering my time in child care at my local church and at a school. From volunteering at this church/school, I had been asked by families to babysit their children. I have worked as a seasonal position as a children's coordinator. This job entailed many responsibilities. The objective of this job was to organize children to their classrooms by age and hire the workers for the care of these children. I was in charge of creating an educational curriculum for each classroom and had around 35 children from the age range of 5 months to 5 years old. I am familiar with discipline regulations, health regulations, and safety regulations when dealing with children. I am currently a senior at California Baptist University studying communications disorders. I plan to go to Read more graduate school to be a speech and language pathologist.
