Roxana is an amazing sitter! We had her watch our little guy and I could tell she had lots of experience with kids. I was pleased with her knowledge of how to handle infants and she was able to get him down for a nap with ease. Definitely recommend!

Jessica is fantastic. She’s always on time and has been available even with short notice, which we really appreciate. My daughter felt comfortable with her immediately, even though Jessica was the first person outside our family to care for her. She has such a calm, reassuring energy and a very poised personality. I would definitely work with her again.

Nanette is the best sitter we've ever had!! She is the only person outside of my family that I have felt 100% comfortable leaving my daughter with. She always knows what to do and you can tell that she's a great mom, which is very important in my opinion! Nanette also looks after our dog when we're out of town, and every time she comes to pick her up, our dog gets overly excited. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nanette to anyone!

Hello I'm Camilla, I am not your average nanny. I am a nurturing musical nanny who prioritizes safety and communication with parents. When it comes to infants, I provide helpful tips for first time parents, from baby proofing to using music from the newborn stage to support comfort, learning, and early development. Research and KTLA News have shown how infants respond to music and its benefits for early brain activity, attention, and engagement. I have seen first hand how, right before my eyes, music promotes early speech and curiosity. Infants often sing or vocalize along with music before they can fully articulate words, helping them connect sounds to language and tasks, even venturing into math. As a responsive and listening nanny, I have great success communicating with toddlers. I anticipate outcomes and help them navigate moments of frustration. As early as nine months, I teach rhythm, movement, rhyming, and how syllables connect in children as young as two. These patterns support early reading skills and encourage critical thinking. With a background in nursing and music, it is incredibly rewarding to see babies recognize my songs, then hear toddlers sing them and become engaged when I read to them. In my spare time I enjoy writing stories and composing songs that support developmental milestones. Music is one of my tools to soothe and stimulate infants while helping toddlers and young children navigate boundaries, new skills, potty training, and challenging moments. I compose songs that meet children's needs, bring enjoyment, and promote self esteem while encouraging them to keep trying. I also apply principles from Music Therapy and Occupational Therapy to support learning and development. Including children's individual interests helps build strong connections and spark curiosity. I am confident providing homework support and engaging children in creative arts activities. I bring a strong work ethic and can be counted on to be reliable and dedicated. I studied Music at UCLA and have a passion for teaching. I promote healthy snacks, stay up to date on vaccinations, and follow hygiene guidelines. I am available full or part time, for date nights, and as a mothers helper. I am comfortable around pets and have plenty of energy to keep up with growing little ones. Thank you for reading.

Hello, my name is Katie. I am from Chicago and Orlando, currently residing in sunny Southern California and loving it! I have 15 years of full-time nanny experience, and an additional 3 years prior of babysitting experience (and ongoing). Caring for children is an absolute passion of mine. I love every family I’ve had the opportunity to work with during my move around the country and am still so very close with some of my first kiddos who are now teenagers! It’s the biggest reward getting to watch the kids I work with grow up and blossom. I am currently looking for another job, as the family I’m with (for over a year) is needing only part time now. A typical day with me and your child would include several outdoor outings, crafts, educational activities and stimulation, fresh meals, daily reading and music. I like to stick to a semi-structured schedule when it comes to our daily activities, and a more structured one with meal time and naps, as it results in a happier kiddo!!! I am also well experienced with sleep training and potty training. My main priority is to always have your child smiling and exposing them to as much creativity as I can. If we sound like a good match I would love to hear from you! Looking forward to it, Katie and currently have mornings and evenings as well as weekends free for babysitting needs! :)

Hello, Ashley here! I'm an all around fun and energetic person. I love spending time with children and do a great job of splitting time between play, structure and learning. I have the best time getting creative with the kids and playing imaginative games. I studied child development in college and have several years experience as a babysitter. Some of my favorite play mates include my 4 year old niece, 6 year old sister and 12 year old nephew. I love being outdoors, playing music (singing and dancing) and crafts so I'm always up for similar activities with the kids. I'm a certified yoga instructor and enjoy staying active. Working with me smiles are guaranteed!

Not enough good things can be said about Ashley. She has been with us for over three years, helping care and raise our three children (ages 6, 3.5, and 6 months). She has been patient, caring, understanding, and willing to get down to our kids level to find their needs and wants. This has been a major factor into why we were so happy she was part of our “team”. An average day for her would be from 7 AM – 4 PM (sometimes later) and would include: -Helping our eldest get ready for school and making breakfast for our two younger children. She has been willing to transport and pick up our eldest from school as well. -Change diapers and get dressed for the day. -Supervising/playing/entertaining the children. This includes taking them to the park and library, playing outside in the backyard/pool, making arts and crafts, reading books, and helping with nap time (usually with a walk in the afternoon). -Making lunch and snacks for them, including feeding the baby. -Prep them for afternoon activities such as dance class and day care. -Prior to leaving for the day, she communicates the positives and the negatives that happened in the day. We discuss what happened and how we think we can encourage or improve good behaviors. Ashley has great points of views and recommendations to help our kids thrive. - Ashley has even taken the kids on special trips for the day such as Disneyland and the Aquarium. Our 6 year old has special needs and is non-verbal. Ashley constantly observed and met him on his level, which has helped him in communication and dexterity skills. She can easily identify his cues for hunger, happiness, frustration, and so much more. Because of this, she has encouraged him to sign his wants and has even been able to get him to verbally say a word or two. On her off days on the weekend, Ashley has even come to his baseball games to cheer him and his team on. Our 3.5 year old is a firecracker who knows no bound of energy until she hits the “wall”. Ashley has given direction for that energy with indoor and outside play, which helps her transition to calm indoor play. When it came time for potty training, Ashley jumped on board with the game plan, and now our girl is a “big girl”. Our 6 month old is our curious one who is starting to become mobile. Ashley came to visit us at the hospital with our newborn and it felt like there was an instant connection. There are few adults our baby will go to, but Ashley is one of them (which speaks high volumes in itself). She feeds, comforts, and plays with the baby all while taking care of our other two. The time came where we wanted to take a more active role for our children. It sadden us to have to part with Ashley. We could not have picked a better person to help raise our kids.

I am a joyful sitter who's passionate about caring for and creatively engaging with kids. As a recently graduated Boy Scout, I've lead and taught younger children several useful, practical skills with initiative and responsibility. I am CPR and first-aid certified, trained to prioritize safety and stay calm in any situation. I also have a talent for practical entertainment via storytelling and creating fun, age-appropriate games—meaning your kids won't behind a screen all day. I have looked and cared after younger nieces, nephews, cousins, and children in my family and other's in my neighborhood. I've had the most experience caring for my little sister which I've done for over the past 7 years. I am fluent in Spanish and speak it all the time with family. I've also had professional experience caring for pets and I'm a huge cat and dog person! I bring the same sense of kindness, patience, and fun to every family I work with. So, you can always count on me to show up, and follow through, and bring a positive atmosphere to your home!

I have extensive experience working with children and have consistently been recognized by parents for my ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families. Many families have felt confident hiring me after seeing my natural interaction with children and the safe, nurturing environment I provide. I am dependable, compassionate, patient, and highly trustworthy when it comes to caring for children and supporting their well-being. In addition to my childcare experience, I have worked full-time in healthcare for nearly 10 years at one of the largest hospitals in Southern California. I am currently seeking a part-time opportunity as I prepare to begin an RN program and continue advancing my career in nursing.
