The most recent family that I was a nanny for, I nannied for 2 and a half years, which gave me the ability to build a great relationship with the children. I have well over 10 years of experience with children. I am patient and kind, but disciplined as well. I am most comfortable in a nanny position because I have a passion for investing in the lives of children and creating great environments for children to learn and grow, and most importantly, to have fun in! I currently care for a 6 month old boy who I watch about 8 hours a week. I started with that family when he was 7 weeks old. I am comfortable with any age, from infant to preteen. I am a single 26 year old woman, with no pets or children of my own, although I hope to have both someday! I volunteered on Read more an orphanage base in Mozambique, Africa for 3 months 4 years ago, which solidified my passion for children. I currently am a kayak tour guide for the junior kayak tours for kids at Whiskeytown Lake. I like to make things fun for kids, including school work. I am a huge encourager and make children feel special when they complete a task that has been assigned to them.
