Hello! I'm Matt I'm 25, I work as a musician in my spare time, and my second passion is working with children and animals! I currently work for two other families (one every Saturday morning, the other on occasion). I love it, but I'm looking to find a more regular situation to be able to quit my day job and do more of what I love! A little about me and why I love working with children- I grew up in upstate New York were I was always finding myself taking care of all of my younger cousins and being sort of the "big brother" to everyone in my huge italian family! :) I moved out to Los Angeles to pursue my career in music but I've always felt like I have needed some sort of "kid energy" in my world to be completely fulfilled! I've mostly had a lot of experience with elementary and middle school aged kids wether its been as a care giver or doing sound for a school play! I currently work at Starbucks part time but I am looking to move on. I would love to find a great family to work for more regularly, while not having to quit occasionally working with the two families I'm with on occasion. :) They're great kids/parents and it would be pretty tough to part ways with them! Big animal lover! I would say that I'm mostly a dog person, love dogs, dogs love me, and I would be happy to care for your pets as well! I currently live with 3 dogs, a rabbit, and two AWESOME mini-pigs! I'm really excited to take the next step as a caregiver and I hope that I can be a great fit for your family!
