Since my teenage years, I loved taking care of younger children. I would volunteer to take care of the children in my church and it didn't feel like work. I currently work with infant children and I love it. Parents often tell me that their child is shy or that it takes time for them to warm up to someone, but not with me. Children seem to be comfortable around me. I think children warm up to me fast because they know when someone has interest in getting to know them or being with them, even if it's just playing with them. I am interested in going back to school to get my Master's Degree in child psychology. My dream is to become a child psychologist and be able to help young children.
