My first experience working professionally with children was when I volunteered as a Kindergarten teacher's assistant for a year as a program through my high school. I became a floating preschool teacher (2 years) while also taking college classes. From there I transitioned into becoming a nanny for a family in San Diego for another 2 years and had a blast!
