I can't say enough good things about our nanny! She watched my daughter and our neighbors daughter, two girls almost aged 2 which is a tough age, but she was able to adapt quickly especially since the girls sometimes don't like the same things and can fight over the same toys. She would also sometimes watch my 3.5 year old son at the same time as our daughter, and she handled that great. I trusted her to drive both girls and my son to the park and outdoor activities. Baylee is very patient and kind, and always had a smile on her face. She is great with feedback and follows direction given to her.
