I am currently not seeking a position. Hello, my name is Olivia and I am 20 years old. I live in East Roseville and have completed two years of college. I started babysitting when I was 13 years old and have been doing childcare ever since, including a few years of nannying experience. I love working with kids!!! I believe that kids should spend time outdoors and staying busy. I will participate in activities with your child including playing games indoors or outdoors, doing art or other creative projects, word games to practice early literacy skills, etc. I want to make the time I spend with your child fun for them. I also believe in the importance of downtime when needed. I have experience in tutoring/helping with homework, making healthy and well balanced meals, other light housework, after school pick up or any other reasons I would need to drive Read more the kids, some basic baby sign language, and much more. I have been CPR certified (including infant CPR training) and first aid certified a couple of times, however they have since expired. I remember what was taught during the training but I am willing to get re-certified. I am excellent with staying calm during stressful times and can think quick on my feet. I have experience with all ages, however, I have the most experience with all ages, including babies. I have taken many classes focusing on babysitting and child development. I’ve worked over 100 hours interning in the NICU at Kaiser hospital along with interning in the PICU and in the pediatric social work department. I worked in a preschool through my high school, and most of my experience in childcare comes directly from working with families either for babysitting or nannying. I am looking for a family to nanny for full or part time as well as picking up any other babysitting work. I believe the parents and the nanny have a partnership. I will follow the parents rules as closely as I can, but the parents must trust and respect me as well. I have references available upon request.

Olivia is simply just the BEST. She is so intuitive, compassionate, and positive. She loves my daughter as if she were her own, and there is nothing more I could ask for! I never have to ask her to do things, she always takes the initiative and wants to be as helpful as possible. She has helped tremendously in helping my daughter reach key milestones early, and has been an integral part of her growth and development in this first year of life. We are truly so lucky to have her as apart of our family, and we cherish her in so many ways.
