She seemed like a wonderful person everything was set. I had confirmed with her many times during our interview that her scheduled worked with ours. Since I had a bad experience with another nanny from this site who cancelled on us. Sidney seemed so eager to start and kept telling me she was all ours and excited to start. I even text after the interview to confirm everything we spoke about and she confirmed everything was good to go. Well she text me on mother’s day, two days! before starting work to say this “Hey Ruby. Im so sorry to tell you that I unfortunately can not watch Lorenzo..best of luck to you and your family!” I am beyond disappointed. I wish she would have been honest with me and not wasted my time.
