Hey! My name is Olivia and I am currently 22 years old. I absolutely adore children and would love to take on a new job with a family that needs care! I am currently in the process of enrolling in college to become an elementary school teacher. I have worked with children in the past, I worked for YMCA for about a year where I ran an after school program for kids. I watched 20 kids aged 3-13 daily and enjoyed every second! I also took on weekend care at our YMCA where provided date night care for babies aged anywhere from 6m-2yrs. I unfortunately had to leave that job when I moved to Sacramento, but I have always wanted to return back to something of the same nature as I love teaching and caring for kids, but figured babysitting/nannying might even be better and more rewarding! I am very Read more much into art. I write songs, stories, poems. I love being outside and coming up with new, fun, interactive games for kids. Having worked at the YMCA, I have an endless list of fun art/stem projects and experiments to help the children learn, but letting them fully engage and have fun with what they’re doing. I believe some people were truly just meant to work with kids and I’ve never doubted that’s what I wanted to do for a second. I would love to be given a chance with a family if interested! I ideally would love a full time position as I work full time now at an RV dealership & would love to transition to a full time nanny. I am truly looking to become an important factor in a child’s life helping by them grow and learn in a safe, stable, and comfortable environment. If you have any questions for me, feel free to ask! I have not been able to complete CPR certification as covid hit when I was obtaining it, but I am wanting to proceed with getting that as well!
