I am actually a respite care provider who is CPR and First Aid certified. I also have certifications in personal hygiene, meal preparation as well as other child care certifications. Recently I worked for a family who had an autistic 9-year-old boy who had become my little buddy. Not only was I his Respite Care Provider I was also his homeschool teacher. I worked for them for 3 years. I love working with children. They have so much spunk. And they have so much imagination that every day is a different day. Art projects field trips, reading, writing, coloring, singing or just watching a movie can make a big difference in a childs life. That's the kind of stuff that I love doing with children. Children have captured my heart for many years now. My children are grown up and have their own families so giving to others that I Read more gave to my children is important to me. I know how important it is to the family to have someone, they can trust with their children.. I love what I do and pets are great I to have a pet he's a 5 year old pitbull who is my companion I wouldn't have made it as far as I have without him.
